Job description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our finance team located in our Headquarters in the Space Business Camp in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. The Administrative Assistant will be a focal point for employees and will be responsible for the timesheet and mission administration of their assigned customer, in addition to processing received invoices of all ATG’s entities into our financial system. On request, the candidate will assist the Business Controller by creating financial overviews. The selected candidate should show integrity and professionalism. The deadline for submitting applications is 31 March 2023.

Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:

  • Checks timesheets by comparing customer time sheet system / timesheets with the information stored in ATG Europe’s time recording system (Time Tell);
  • Flexi-time calculation and collecting of accompanying overtime forms;
  • Process and check mission claims;
  • Create monthly mission cost reports per relevant contract;
  • Follow-up on new and exit employee actions;
  • Check and administer incoming supplier invoices;
  • Manage the team’s common inbox and action any items that need follow up;
  • Maintain and update ATG Europe’s financial systems.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant subject;
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
  • Experience with invoicing, mission administration, and timesheets;
  • A Professional Certification in Bookkeeping is required;
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent planning and organization skills;
  • Excellent financial analytical skills;
  • Ability and willingness to take initiative and work autonomously;
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
  • Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the EU.
