We are looking for an Administrator to support our ATG Finance Team for our location in Barcelona, Spain. The deadline for submitting applications is 14 October 2022.
The successful candidate will at first take care of the administration concerning a recently acquired contract with Fusion4Energy, and in the future will support in establishing the growth of ATG Science & Engineering Srl.
The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:
- Monthly checking and approval of employee timesheets;
- Monthly checking and submission of customer reports in the customer system;
- Taking care of the mission (travel) administration, in line with customer requirements;
- Assuring the project administration is performed correctly both in SharePoint and Visma financials;
- Timely invoicing of the applicable milestones of each task order;
- Proper follow up on new and exit employee actions within the ATG financial systems;
- Management of the monthly reports reference numbers;
- Management of the lending forms for the employees;
- Management of the Sodexo vouchers for Spain;
- Assisting new hires with their research of accommodation for relocation to Spain.
- Academic background in administration;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
- IT comfortable (comfortable with Outlook etc.);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Hands on mentality;
- Accurate and pro-active;
- Native knowledge of Spanish, both written and spoken;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
