Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager in support to ATG HQ for our location in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. The Account Manager supports the related business operations and shares responsibility for their economic and financial performance. The consultancy work is performed for a variety of industries, involving both public and commercial customers. The Account Manager is part of the Operations team and reports directly to the Director of Professional Consultancy. The selected candidate should show integrity and professionalism.

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:

• Maintain and expand a solid and trusting relationship between the existing customers and the company in the frame of the ATG Europe consultancy services activities, as well as developing a complete understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
• Manage communication between ATG and subcontractors ensuring timely information exchange, quality of the deliverables, high quality performance of the allocated tasks and anticipating any key account changes and improvements;
• Support the operations of the above mentioned services, ensuring processes between ATG and Customer are properly followed and resolve key customer issues as they arise;
• Perform account controlling tasks within the financial and HR administration of ATG: timesheets verification, hours budgeting, leave management, cost monitoring;
• Periodic reporting and support to mid-term reviews to facilitate the timely initiation of the agreed work / procurement plans;
• Monitor the execution of activities, manage issues and deviations;
• Perform analysis and prepare reports (including monthly reporting, statistical analysis and trend analysis) and present as necessary;
• Collaborate in the continuous improvement of the existing processes, methods and tools;
• Liaise with the Business Development Team and Talent Acquisition Team to define business growth strategies and increase the quality of the service delivery. This includes acquisition of strategic intelligence on customer’s trends and opportunities;
• Support the production of proposals for the content related to operations interfacing with business unit management and stakeholders.

• Master’s degree from a recognised university in Business Administration, Engineering or a similar relevant field;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in executing similar tasks;
• Familiarity with the aerospace industry and industrial landscape;
• Ability to manage data sets, to synthesize information and produce reports;
• Ability to work autonomously, effectively and cooperatively in a diverse and international team environment;
• Basic Knowledge of Finance/Accounting;
• Sound proficiency in MS Office and IT tools in general;
• Excellent analytical, organisational and reporting skills, a proactive attitude and ability to solve problems;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer focus and ability to form and maintain lasting relationships and networks at all levels;
• Knowledge of SharePoint package is highly desirable;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
