After you submit your online application, we will review your profile to see how well it matches the key requirements of the role.

If your background looks like a good fit, we will invite you to a screening interview, usually via a Microsoft Teams video call. This is when we get to know you!

Once the screening interview is complete, and if there is a match between your experience and the role, we will align with you on the main employment conditions and collect any relevant documents related to your application. Once everything is ready, we'll present your profile to the client, who will review everything and decide whether to move forward.

Once our client expresses interest in your profile, a second interview will follow. This typically involves potential future colleagues and/or a technical expert or manager, and focuses on a deeper technical or role‑specific discussion.

This is the final stage! After all interviews and assessments are completed, final negotiations take place. Once a start date is agreed, we will take care of the employment contract, support you with your onboarding activities, and with the next steps.
