Job description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant - Account Management Team to support ATG Europe HQ for our location in Noordwijk, the Netherlands. The selected candidate should show integrity and professionalism.


Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).


The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:

  • Assistance in the financial processes for the different customers;
  • Management of different operations in SharePoint;
  • Support in the Project Management Tasks for the customer;
  • Provide an administrative support for the employees on customer premises;
  • Review and approval of timesheets of employees;
  • Update of the internal Mastersheets per customer;
  • Assistance in the organization of team events in different locations.

Job requirements

  • A degree in a field related to Administration;
  • At least 3 years or relevant work experience;
  • Knowledge of Office365;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Ability to deal with ad-hoc tasks;
  • Strong organizational skills and time management;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Service-minded;
  • Accuracy;
  • Knowledge of ESA and SharePoint is an asset;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
