Job description

For our headquarters in Noordwijk we are seeking motivated and practical individuals to support our manufacturing process, specifically the preparation and casting of silicone tooling blocks used in the production of grid-stiffened composite cylinders. This is a temporary, full-time opportunity, perfect for students or recent graduates from MBO or HBO technical programs—or anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in a high-tech environment. Please be aware that this a temporary position for a fixed period of 2 months.

Tasks and Responsibilities 

  • Take part in the preparation and casting of silicone blocks; 

  • Handle molding, demolding, and finishing tasks with attention to detail; 

  • Perform basic quality checks and visual inspections; 

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area; 

  • Follow all safety and process procedures; 

  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily targets. 

Job requirements

 

  • Background in technical studies (MBO/HBO or similar); 

  • Previous experience with silicone casting, mold-making, or quality inspections is a plus; 

  • Basic understanding of production tools and safety procedures; 

  • Comfortable working in a workshop/lab environment; 

  • Hands-on, precise, and reliable; 

  • Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the EU; 

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken.
