Consultancy Operations Assistant

We are looking for a ​Consultancy Operations Assistant​ to support ATG HQ at our location in Noordwijk, The Netherlands.  

Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage). 

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to: 

• Assist in the financial processes for our various customers;  

• Manage the multiple operational SharePoints;  

• Support with the Project Management Tasks for the customers;  

• Provide administrative support for the employees on customer premises;  

• Review and approve timesheets of employees;  

• Update the internal master-sheets per customer;  

• Assist in the organisation of team events in different locations;  

• Organise and manage the document exchange processes for interaction with the customer;  

• Take meeting minutes;  

• Act as back-up for Mission Request Management when required.

• A Bachelor’s degree preferably with a background in administration; 

• At least 3 years of relevant experience; 

• Proficiency in Excel; 

• Knowledge of SharePoint and the ability to create pages and lists; 

• Basic knowledge of financial information;  

• Process-automation minded; 

• Knowledge of and experience with Power BI is an asset;  

• Experience in documentation management is an asset; 

• Team player but also able to work autonomously; 

• Strong communication skills; 

• Able to complete work to a high level of accuracy; 

• Service minded; 

• Able to multitask;  

• Strong organisational and time-management skills;  

• Able to deal with ad-hoc tasks and prioritise workload accordingly; 

• Proactive and problem-solving; 

• Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU;  

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
