Power Platform Adoption Officer

We are looking for a Power Platform Adoption Officer on behalf of the European Space Agency (ESA) for their location in Frascati, Italy, to join our Adoption & Change Management team. The Adoption & Change management team is the technical authority for the end-user digital workspace capabilities (collaboration tool, smart space, and unified communication) across the agency. Furthermore, the Adoption & Change Management team is maintaining a continuous watch over the digital workplace technology and, often in collaboration with the user communities, is establishing projects to develop and transfer to operation the new digital workplace capabilities.   

Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage). 

According to the End User Division Adoption & Change Management team plans (these might vary from time to time), the successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:  

• Deliver Technical Trainings at different users level (beginners/advanced) regarding current and future applications and MS365 suite components, with a strong focus on Power Suite;   

• Support stakeholders in building Power Automate flows; 

• Guide users and teams in adopting and scaling Power Platform solutions;  

• Build/modify/Maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports when needed;  

• Work directly with the stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements;  

• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automatizing process;  

• Effectively communicate results to various stakeholders.

• A Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline and 2 years of experience in Power Platform (Power Automate/PowerBI);  

• Candidates with Master’s degree in a relevant discipline but without working experience are also encouraged to apply;  

• Basic Knowledge of security and Governance rules (Data loss prevention policies); 

• Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook and Planner is a distinctive advantage; 

• Familiarity with Datavers is an asset;   

• Ability to effectively work as a team member and independently  

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot, and meet short and long term deadlines;  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;  

• Excellent critical and creative thinking and analytical skills;  

• Excellent effort estimation capabilities, even based on minimum expressed requirements;  

• Excellent organizational and planning skills;  

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;  

• Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the EU.
