Job description

We are looking for a Nuclear Engineer (Support to the REMS Project) on behalf of and in support to our client for their location in Cadarache, France or Barcelona, Spain. The selected candidate should show integrity and professionalism.


Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).


The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:

  • Review, control and monitoring of Nonconformities, PA Change Notices, Deviations, Direct Implementations, Project Change Requests (PCRs) and similar (change management);
  • Support the management of interfaces;
  • Contribute to the requirements management process;
  • Implementation of monitoring tools to ensure exhaustive configuration control Support in the review of engineering reports;
  • Support in ensure that reports are issued on time and follow the required review processes;
  • Support in the performance of documentation management activities;
  • Support in the review and follow-up of quality-related documentation.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering;
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
  • Knowledge and experience in radiological monitoring and health physics;
  • Knowledge and experience with radiological monitors and associated I&C for monitoring systems;
  • Knowledge/experience working in activities involving the handling of tritium is an asset;
  • Experience working for companies responsible for the design and manufacturing of radiological monitors is an asset;
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is an asset;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
