Job description

ATG Europe Talent Acquisition Team plays a key role in delivering highly skilled personnel to our Customers. We are a team of experienced and truly international talent acquisition specialists working in identifying and recruiting the best profiles to support our projects and customers in the Space and SatCom, Nuclear and IT domains. We come from different backgrounds and locations and we speak many languages, so there is always an interesting story to share with each other. We believe in a structured way of working and there are lots of training opportunities in the team to support daily activities. We are currently looking for an administrative assistant who shares our passion for hiring the best talent within the European niche industry arena and thus strengthen our team even more. Furthermore, the selected candidate should show integrity and professionalism.

Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to start on November 1st, 2025. Application deadline is September 22nd, 2025.

The position will be based in our Headquarters in Noordwijk, The Netherlands, and it could allow hybrid working conditions, depending on location and personal situation of the candidate.

Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general personnel screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:

  • Assists the Talent Acquisition Team in preparing the administrative side of recruitment and follow up on any required actions. This includes creating of templates, documents, spreadsheets, etc;

  • Process incoming requests, maintain relevant databases and assist in creating of reports and analytics;

  • Publish vacancy announcements on the Internet and ensure accuracy of information;

  • Assist with the updates of different administrative documents and procedures and ensure timely updates of the same;

  • Maintain the recruitment status deadlines associated with assigned clients;

  • Prepare and send out the monthly newsletter;

  • Support with the management of the common mailbox and distribution of correspondence to relevant stakeholders;

  • General administration tasks for the team including timely communication, calendar management, assistance to Talent Acquisition Manager, etc;

  • Stand in for colleagues in their absence and any other task as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager in support of the team and reaching the KPIs. 

Job requirements

Please ensure that your CV clearly explains how you meet the mandatory requirements. If it doesn’t align completely with the essential criteria, it could result in rejection. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject;

  • Relevant experience in administration, preferably in a Talent Acquisition Team (internship will also be considered). Master’s degree may be considered in lieu of years of relevant experience; 

  • Technology savvy and experience in using various recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems and social media;

  • Passionate about working in a niche industry and willing to learn every day;

  • Commercial and “can do” attitude, flexible and adaptable to change and be able to work under pressure;

  • Experience in working with personal data and to keep confidentiality;

  • Able to work with positive attitude and in an open communication environment;

  • Excellent organizational skills and high level of accuracy;

  • Excellent attention to details and a high standard in terms of quality of output;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player;

  • Proficiency in English and other languages such as Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch are a great asset;

  • Eligible to work in the EU and in The Netherlands;

  • At least a rudimentary sense of humour.
