Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for an intern to support our Talent Acquisition team at our location in ​Noordwijk, The Netherlands​. This internship is intended to be filled on a full-time basis for a minimum period of 4 months. While the position follows a hybrid working model, on-site presence is required every working day during the first month to support onboarding and integration into the team.

Please note that this internship may also offer the opportunity to complete a thesis or graduation project with ATG Europe, subject to university requirements and project availability. 

Please note, the successful candidate will be subject to a basic general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage). 

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to: 

• Assist the Talent Acquisition Team in preparing the administrative side of recruitment and follow up on any required actions. This includes creating templates, documents, spreadsheets, etc.; 

• Process incoming requests and maintain relevant databases;  

• Publish vacancy announcements online and ensure accuracy of information;  

• Assist with the updates of different administrative documents and procedures;  

• Maintain the recruitment status deadlines associated with assigned clients;  

• Support with the management of the common mailbox and distribution of correspondence to relevant stakeholders;  

• General administration tasks for the team including timely communication, calendar management, assistance to Talent Acquisition Manager, etc.;  

• Handle any other task as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager in support of the team.

• Student currently enrolled in a relevant HBO/WO education in The Netherlands, such as Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration; 

• Experience using Microsoft Office 365;  

• Passionate about working in a niche industry and willing to learn every day;  

• Demonstrable high level of organizational skills and accuracy;  

• Commercial and “can do” attitude, flexible and adaptable to change and be able to work under pressure;  

• Experience in working with personal data and confidentiality protocols;  

• Able to work with positive attitude and in an open communication environment;  

• Excellent interpersonal skills and team player;  

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;   

• Proficiency in other European languages such as Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch is a great asset.
