Talent Acquisition Intern (Recruitment)

We are looking for an intern to support our Talent Acquisition team at our location in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. This position is intended to be filled on a full-time basis, for a flexible period with a minimum of 5 months.   

Please note, the successful candidate will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage). 

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:  

• Assist in sourcing, matching, and selecting qualified international candidates through databases, social networks, and other sourcing channels; 

• Help develop talent pools by sourcing and networking for current and future recruitment needs; 

• Support candidate interviews and facilitate client interviews by coordinating schedules and providing necessary follow-ups; 

• Provide information to candidates about per-country legal and expatriate regulations/benefits, ensuring they understand the position and the relocation support offered; 

• Help with the administrative workload for the recruiters when needed; 

• Contribute to improving and renewing international sourcing strategies; 

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager to support the team in achieving its KPIs

• Student currently enrolled in a relevant HBO/WO education in The Netherlands, such as Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration;   

• Experience using Microsoft Office 365;  

• Passionate about working in a niche industry and willing to learn every day;  

• Demonstrable high level of organizational skills and accuracy;  

• Commercial and “can do” attitude, flexible and adaptable to change and be able to work under pressure;  

• Experience in working with personal data and confidentiality protocols;  

• Able to work with positive attitude and in an open communication environment;  

• Excellent interpersonal skills and team player;  

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;   

• Proficiency in other European languages such as Spanish, German, French, Italian or Dutch is a great asset.
