Talent Acquisition Administrator

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator on behalf of the European Space Agency (ESA) for their location in Darmstadt, Germany, to join their HR Department. The selected candidate should show integrity and professionalism.

Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:

• Handle standardized communication with potential applicants ESA-wide, mainly by handling the HR contact mailbox;
• Prepare and publish Job Requisitions using SAP SuccessFactors;
• Initial screening of applications according to formal criteria (e.g. gender, nationality, level of education);
• Arrange job interviews (mostly online) and their follow-up with the interview boards;
• Manage candidates via the SAP SuccessFactors candidate pipeline, covering all statuses from application to hired;
• Handle specific communication with candidates;
• Arrange pre-recruitment security checks for selected candidates;
• Manage the on-boarding of new hires;
• Personnel will be integrated in an existing service handling as well local affairs and staff administration. Flexibility in supporting the other functions is expected.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject;
• At least 4 years of relevant experience;
• A strong level of IT literacy;
• Experience in other HR fields is a strong asset;
• Knowledge of German is an asset, alternatively a strong willingness to learn is highly appreciated;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
• Previous experience in an international organisation is an asset;
• Dedicated, autonomous, team worker;
• A reliable and professional attitude - this will be strongly and closely assessed during probation period.
