ATG Europe Talent Acquisition Team plays a key role in delivering highly skilled personnel to our Customers. We are a team of experienced and truly international talent acquisition specialists working in identifying and recruiting the best profiles to support our projects and customers in the Space and SatCom, Nuclear, and IT domains. We come from different backgrounds and locations, and speak many languages, so there is always an interesting story to share with each other. We also have a great sense of humour. We believe in a structured way of working and there are lots of training opportunities in the team to support daily activities. Furthermore, the selected candidate(s) should show integrity and professionalism.


The position will be based in Frascati, Italy, and it could allow hybrid working conditions, depending on location and personal situation of the candidate. Alternatively, the position could be based in our office in Barcelona, Spain, or in our headquarters in Noordwijk, The Netherlands.

Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general personnel screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).


The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:

  • Source, match and select qualified international candidates through different databases and social networks;
  • Interview candidates face-to-face and online and facilitate client interviews for candidates;
  • Negotiate employment offers and inform candidates about per-country legal and expatriate regulations/benefits and address candidate’s queries to help them understand the position and the support we offer in settling in in the new country;
  • Contribute to the development and management of talent pools of candidates by sourcing and building networks for current and future recruiting needs;
  • Contribute to strategies to improve and renew our international sourcing channels and activities;
  • Contribute to business development through talent acquisition for bids and tenders;
  • Represent ATG Europe at key European engineering and/or science events;
  • Stand in for colleagues in their absence and any other task as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager in support of the team and reaching the KPIs.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting within at least one of the domains of the company (Space, Big Science and IT). Master’s degree may be considered in lieu of years of relevant experience;
  • Technology savvy and experience in using various recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems and social media;
  • Passionate about working in a niche industry and willing to learn every day;
  • Commercial and “can do” attitude, flexible and adaptable to change and be able to work under pressure;
  • Experience in working with personal data and to keep confidentiality;
  • Able to work with positive attitude and in an open communication environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills, high level of accuracy and ability to work on multiple recruitment campaigns at the time;
  • Excellent attention to details and a high standard in terms of quality of output;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages such as Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch is a great asset;
  • Eligible to work in the EU or in one of the countries of duty (Italy, Spain, The Netherlands);
  • At least a rudimentary sense of humour.
