Technology Expert

We are looking for a ​Technology Expert​ on behalf of and in support to our client based in The Hague, The Netherlands. This position is intended to be filled on a fully remote basis from anywhere within the EU. This position is part time for 17 hours divided over 4 days per week.  

Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage). 

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to: 

• Contribute to user engagement and trainings; 

• Provide user support, in particular in the areas of time tracking, resource management, data integrity and visualisations; 

• Support the administration team in developing in-house skills to fully support the application and achieve configuration extensions; 

• Support the translation of business needs and ICT processes to the Planisware platform; 

• Tailor existing default workflows and develop additional workflows to support business processes; 

• Support with the testing of the application robustness, administering parallel non-production systems; 

• Provide expert technical advice and assistance for optimising the configuration of the Planisware PPM for ICT, including: 

• Hiding or deactivating modules and functions not used; 

• Tailoring of variables and fields. 

• Provide insight on use of additional modules of the Planisware suite (already included in the licenses purchase) in next phases of the product deployment; 

• Apply best practices from the use of the specific suite in other enterprise environments; 

• Carry out identification and high-level description of functional and non-functional requirements and technical requirements.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;  

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field is a strong asset;  

• At least 15 years of relevant experience; 

• At least 9 years of experience as a subject matter expert in the Planisware PPM solution; 

• At least 9 years of experience working in an international/multicultural environment, or at least in a heavy regulated environment; 

• At least 9 years of experience in data visualization; 

• At least 9 years of experience as a business analyst analysing business processes and tailoring the Planisware suite to match these needs; 

• At least 9 years of experience in writing technical documents; 

• Good knowledge of Project and portfolio management frameworks; 

• Excellent knowledge of the Planisware PPM solution in terms of processes and functionality of the resource management module and deploying configuring and supporting the solution; 

• Excellent knowledge of data visualization; 

• Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU;   

• Candidates must be able to provide a recent certificate of good conduct (no older than 3 months); 

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
