Dassault 3D Experience Support (PLM) Specialist

We are looking for a Dassault 3D Experience Support Specialist to join our IT team in support of the European Space Agency (ESA) at their location in Noordwijk, Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the 3D Experience platform, assisting engineering teams with CAD-related issues.

Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at the interview stage). 

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to: 

• Provide expert-level support for Dassault Systèmes 3D Experience (3DX), including configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance optimization; 

• Assist engineering teams with 3D Experience-related technical issues, CAD workflows, and system configurations; 

• Maintain and improve 3D Experience documentation, FAQs, and user training materials to support end user;.  

• Ensure system availability and stability for 3D Experience and related engineering applications; 

• Work closely with engineering and design teams to improve CAD data management and workflows within the 3DX platform;  

• Provide basic Windows system administration support related to server maintenance, user access, and application deployment for the 3DX environment;  

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery plans for 3DX; 

• Troubleshoot performance issues related to 3D Experience, CAD software, and engineering applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; 

• At least 3 years of experience in PLM platform support and administration; 

• Experience supporting CAD/PLM systems engineering workflows; 

• Experience with Dassault Systèmes 3D Experience platform administration, including configuration, troubleshooting, and support; 

• Strong knowledge of CAD environments and engineering applications (e.g., CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, or other Dassault tools);  

• Understanding of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) principles and best practices;  

• Familiarity with 3D Experience platform integrations; 

• Ability to provide end-user support and train engineering teams on best practices within 3DX; 

• Basic administration of Windows Server environments;  

• Strong understanding of Windows Server architecture and troubleshooting is desirable;  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;   

• Excellent communication and user support skills are a must;  

• Ability to work as part of a team;  

• Ability to effectively handle competing work priorities; 

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;  

• Knowledge of any other language is considered an asset.
